The BAFX Products Contact Tacometer is a great tool for accomplishing many tasks where the reading rotational speed at a high accuracy is required. Our small, handheld and highly portable tool comes with 4 attachments allowing you versatility in reading the speeds of many different types of engines, motors, shafts or other moving objects.
Using the wheel attachment allows you to also read linear speeds of moving objects such as conveyor belts. With the 1/8" slot in the linear speed wheel you can also easily read the linear speed of wires or ropes as well.
