These are replacement of the standard snow/mud discs that arrive with the BAFX Products® hiking poles. They measure approximately 2.125" in diameter and screw onto the end of the hiking pole.

Snow / mud discs are used when hiking through snow, mud, sand or generally any soft types of ground covering. The snow/mud discs will help prevent the poles from sinking too far into the ground or ground covering thus allowing you to more easily pull the pole back out for your next stride.

While snow/mud discs are fairly universal, and they will fit on many other brands of poles, these are designed for the BAFX Products® hiking poles and we cannot guarantee the fitment of these on any other brand of hiking poles.
