Shipping to USA
All prices listed on the website INCLUDE free standard shipping of that item to all locations in the USA. If you select Expedited shipping, additional charges will be added based on the weight of the item. All items are sent by USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post unless otherwide noted.
Standard delivery to all US locations ranges from 2-7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Milwaukee, WI (A nice central location) to help reduce shipping times. Selecting expedited shipping guarantess delivery within 3 business days from date of shipment.
All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of completed payment (excludes weekends and holidays unless otherwise noted) If you have an extremely sensitive shipping need, please contact us directly!

International Shipping (Locales outside the USA)
We ship to MOST locations around the globe. International shipping charges are based on the weight of the items in your order and will be calculated and displayed in your cart during the checkout process. We offer Expedited shipping to most locations world wide, and a lower cost Standard shipping option to select countries. International shipping rates do not include customs taxes or duties; all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery, if applicable. For questions regarding customs duties and taxes, please contact the customs office or postal service in your country.
Estimated transit times for the international services that we offer:
Standard Shipping: 5-14 Business days depending on destination country and time spent going through customs clearance.
Expedited Shipping: 3-10 Business Days depending on destination country and time spent going through customs clearance.
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If the item was not damged or defective the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Many of the items on our site are covered by a 1 year warranty (not all). Those that are covered by this warranty will state this informaiton on the product page. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect (but not to abuse, neglect or mis-use) we will replace or repair the item at no cost with the same or a comprable item if the original is no longer available. Return postage for warranty claims are paid by the buyer while the return postage for shipping the item back to the buyer is paid by BAFX Products. With respect to sales on Amazon.com, we will provide a manufacturer’s warranty only for products purchased directly from us, BAFX Products, the only authorized seller on Amazon.
